The Valentine Community Service Organisation Incorporated (VCSO Inc.) aims to provide good, clean, affordable, well ventilated, accessible community space, with amenities, for activities that benefit the community. The refurbished Valentine Progress Association Hall, owned by the VCSO Inc., meets current Building Code of Australia Standards, and satisfies this aim.
